Andy is an important player in the squad he has been around a long time but he is still only young.

In the last two seasons he has improved his fitness  A lot, he is one of the fittest players in the squad and after playing many different positions he has settled at centre back where the club are seeing the best of Andy and he has been banging on the door of the first team with some really good performances.
