by Managing Director, Mr Denis Nolan with the business plan of developing a company highly competent in a range of specialist construction services.

Russet Homes

Russet are the largest provider of social housing within Tonbridge & Malling, owning and managing nearly 7000 properties, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four bedroom (and a few larger) houses.

We are run by a Board of Management of 9 unpaid volunteers - comprising 3 tenants, directly elected by all tenants every three years - and 6 community members with particular business, professional or social skills.

Russet (formerly Russet Homes and Tonbridge and Malling Housing Association) joined Circle (formerly Circle Anglia) at the end of October 2007, following a period of consultation with residents, staff and partners.
